Client Support Worker
Jen joined the Brain Injury Society in January 2026 as a Client Support Worker. She brings with her many years of active and compassionate listening from interviewing people and stewarding their stories as a journalist and media professional. She is grateful to bring these skills to the BIS to support those living with brain injuries.
